Description
This video presentation explores the use of dynamic mimicry as an anti-predator strategy by the mimic octopus. The role of environment is explored as a factor in the octopus having to adapt their pre-existing camouflaging abilities to a habitat with limited shelter. Footage demonstrating these remarkable abilities is included.
