This is a blog post/webpage about Swainson’s Hawks and their migration behaviour. This project was in collaboration with the Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society (CWRS) with an emphasis on Lito (their Swainson’s Hawk permanent resident), his behaviours, and how he is taken care of at CWRS. There are four sections to this project: 1) Information about Swainson’s Hawks 2) Swainson’s Hawk Migration 3) Facts about Lito 4) How CWRS takes care of a migratory species like Lito.
